Good sales presentation answering all our questions with absolutely no pressure and with understandable information about the products, which are more complex than they used to be! Installation was done efficiently and very pleasantly and installers seemed very genuinely enthusiastic about their product and interested in educating us about it. We had comparison shopped, and the price was very good. The company was up to speed on the multiple rebates available for these products and made applying for them very easy. They also offered a senior citizen discount.

I needed a total HVAC rehab in my house and Dantzer was recommended. They came over as promised and looked at the system with me. We decided to put in a new furnace and update the infrastructure so it worked with my existing AC units. The guys were very clear, concise, detail-oriented, and professional. They pointed out several code violations that existed with my HVAC setup at the time and corrected them.

So, once I got the money I called them and they were over at the house within days. In one morning they installed the new furnace, installed a new low-voltage line to my AC unit, ran the condenser to my sump pit, fixed all manner of funky tubing in the basement, removed the old furnace, cleaned up the basement, and got out of there. By the time I took my lunch break they were gone, all that was left was an informational packet on the side of my beautiful, high-efficiency furnace. Very pro guys. Fast, effective, and they cost less than I thought they would. They answer the phone every time I call and have the info I need. Probably the best contractors of any kind in Fort Wayne, based on my experiences.
